The Mexican Law Review is a forum for the debate, research, and analysis of Mexican, Latin American, and comparative law. Submissions are received from any author independently of their geographical location and must pass through a double-blind peer-review process. MLR is published twice a year by the Institute for Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
