Constitutional Justice in Ibero-America: Social Influence and Human Rights
Abstract
This note offers a general overview of the state of constitutional justice in Ibero-America. In particular, it explores the influence the decisions of constitutional courts have on society and the development of international jurisprudence on human rights from a Latin American perspective.
